Overall, Alan, John, and Roberto did a very good job and were polite and considerate of the customer.

Summary: I am very pleased with the final installation, especially with Alan and John’s configuration of the new system. They placed the furnace above the water heater. This required a compact configuration of piping, but now gives adequate space in my heating closet to access all devices. I regard the installation as a “work of art” compared to the complex of piping in the old system and the total inability to access the water heater.
Time: One day for demo of the old system, one day for installation of the new tile floor, and six days for the installation of the new system.
